 1-Domestic Shipment processing time

• All orders are delivered within 5-10 business days depending on Delivery address location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery timeline is per the table provided below.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Company has the right of revising the Order value threshold in the future. Please check out the shipping cost at the time of checkout and before making the payment.

 

3-International Shipping

For deliveries outside, kindly contact us through our Enquiry form for estimated shipping time and cost. Our team shall revert based on your enquiry and destination address.

 4- Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5-Customs, Duties and Taxes

Craftvu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6-Damages

Craftvu is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. With respect to damage goods delivered reach out at support@craftvu.com.
